If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Please allow 2 days for orders to be processed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping:
Shipping times will depend on your location, though usually within 2-8 days for domestic shipping. We offer $20 flat rate shipping to all domestic locations - this fee is waived if the order is over $100. You will receive a confimation email once your order has shipped.

Local Pickup:
In-store pickup is available. There will be no additional fee if you choose this option. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup along with instructions on how to arrange a time to come in.

Local Delivery:
Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within 15 miles of Park City, UT. For orders under $75, we charge $10 for local delivery.
