Membership Options
Mellow Mountain Massage Membership Agreement
Thank you for choosing to make wellness a regular part of your routine. Our membership program is designed to help you prioritize consistent care while enjoying exclusive member benefits and savings.
By enrolling in the Mellow Mountain Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Membership Benefits
Your Mellow Mountain Membership includes:

Membership benefits are for active members only and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, packages, or special offers.
Membership Commitment
Membership requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months. If you cancel within the first three months, there is a $75 fee.
After the initial three-month commitment period, membership will continue month-to-month unless canceled according to the cancellation policy below.
Membership payments are processed automatically each month on the enrollment date using the payment method provided.
Massage Credits & Rollover Policy
Monthly massage credits are issued on the membership billing date.
Unused credits will roll over for up to six (6) months while the membership remains active.
Members may accumulate unused credits; however, credits expire six (6) months after the original billing date.
Membership credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds.
Sharing & Gifting Membership Credits
Membership credits are intended for the enrolled member’s personal wellness use.
Members may share credits with immediate family members living in the same household.
Members may gift up to two (2) unused massage credits per calendar year to a friend or family member. Gifted credits must be scheduled under the recipient’s name and may not be resold or exchanged for cash.
The membership owner remains responsible for all membership payments and account activity.
Booking Policy
Membership appointments are subject to availability.
Members receive priority booking access but are not guaranteed specific appointment times, therapists, or dates.
Appointments must be scheduled according to standard booking policies.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in the loss of the massage credit.
Additional Massage & Enhancement Discounts
Active members receive 10% off additional massages, products and enhancements.
Member discounts may not be combined with other discounts or specials, including package pricing.
Cancellation Policy
After completing the initial three-month commitment, members may cancel their membership with thirty (30) days written notice.
Membership payments will continue during the required notice period.
Unused credits remaining at the time of cancellation may be used within the six-month rollover period but no additional credits will be issued after cancellation.
Membership Changes
Membership levels may be changed with thirty (30) days notice.
Changes are subject to current membership availability and pricing.
Mellow Mountain Massage reserves the right to modify membership benefits, pricing, or terms with appropriate notice to active members.
Payment Authorization
By enrolling in the Mellow Mountain Membership, you authorize recurring monthly payments using the payment method provided.
You agree to maintain accurate payment information and understand that declined payments may result in suspension of membership benefits.
